What's included: customized team jersey, regular-season games, playoff tournament, certified officiating, and season-end awards.
Participation: open to youth ages 4th to 8th grade. All players must provide a signed medical waiver and proof of grade level for division placement.
What to bring: non-marking basketball shoes, athletic shorts (black preferred), and a reusable water bottle labeled with the player's name.
Documents: please upload a copy of the player's birth certificate or current school report card.
